Zu hohe Kosten - High costs

Hallo & Welcome back.

Als ich vor gut zwei Wochen in den Bus eingestiegen bin (mit Assistentin) saßen zwei ältere Damen sozusagen neben mir - im Bus.
Und circa eine Minute nachdem ich eingestiegen bin, ging es aufeinmal los.

Die zwei Damen - sicherlich schon in Pension - fingen an, neben mir darüber zu reden, dass sie niemals ein behindertes Kind auf die Welt bringen würden. Das sei doch viel zu anstrengend. Und außerdem kostet dass dem Staat viel Geld welches man doch für bessere Dinge ausgeben könnte.
WTF?!

Außerdem sagten sie noch, dass sie alle nötigen Untersuchungen in der Schwangerschaft machen würden um zu sehen, ob ihr Kind gesund sei oder nicht. Wäre es dies nicht, würden sie es nicht auf die Welt bringen.
Ich weiß nicht ob die zwei schon jemals davon gehört haben, dass Babys bei einigen Untersuchungen die nicht unbedingt nötig sind manchmal sogar verletzt werden - und sie erst dann behindert sind.

Auf jedenfall hab ich nichts dazu gesagt. Ich hab nur meine Assistentin darauf hingewiesen, dass sie doch auch mal zuhören sollte. Als ich aus dem Bus ausgestiegen bin musste ich erst einmal lachen. JA zum Glück hab ich so viel Selbstvertrauen, dass ich über so einen Blödsinn lachen kann.
Denn wenn das jemand anders hört wird er oder sie vielleicht traurig - bricht in Tränen aus und fragt sich: "Wofür bin ich eigentlich auf der Welt?!" Vor einigen Jahren hätte ich wahrscheinlich auch so reagiert.

Was ich eigentlich loswerden möchte ist: Ich finde diese zwei Damen arm. Arm weil sie anscheinend gar nicht wissen, was beeinträchtigte Menschen alles leisten können. Und auch arm deshalb, weil sie nicht einmal wissen, dass jährlich versucht wird weniger Geld für Menschen mit Behinderung auszugeben - und das ist wirklich arm & behindert!


About two Weeks ago I got into the bus (with my carer) and two older woman were sitting kinda next to me (in the bus).
About one minute after I got into the bus it all started.

The two women - probably already receiving the pension - started to talk, right next to me, that they'd never give birth to a disabled child. It would be too stressful. And it would be so expensive for the state - and the state could spend that money for better things.
WTF?!

And they also said, that they'd do all the examinations they could when they're pregnant. And when the child wouldn't be "healthy" they wouldn't give birth to it. 
I don't know if these two women have ever heard about the fact, that in some examinations the babies get hurt and are disabled afterwards.

However I didn't say anything to it. I just asked my carer to listen to that too. When I got out of the bus I had to laugh. YES I am happy that I am having so much self-confidence that I can laugh about something like that.
Because someone else would have probably started to cry - and think: "Why am I even alive?!" a few years ago I would have probably felt the same after hearing something like that.

What I actually would like to say is: I think that these two women are just poor. Poor because they probably don't know what disabled people can reach. And also poor, because they don't know, that the state tends to spend less and less money for disabled people each year - and that's really poor.
