Auszeit am Land - Timeout

Hallo & Welcome back.

Ich war auf Urlaub!
Normalerweise bin ich ja total der Städtetrip-Typ. Doch ich habe gemerkt, dass auch mal abschalten muss und habe dann beschlossen, dass ich mit Lychee auf Urlaub fahren möchte.

Ich wollte in die Natur. Lange Spaziergänge machen und einfach die Ruhe genießen.
Das habe ich gemacht.

Wir waren mittem am Land. Sind täglich spazieren gewesen und gut Essen gegangen.
Und was hat es geholfen?
Ich war tiefenenstpannt. Habe gemacht was ich wollte. Und meine Haut ist auch besser geworden wie ich finde :)

Trotzdem freue ich mich auf den diesjährigen Städtetrip! Auch darüber werde ich einen Blogpost schreiben.
Aber ich werde Lychee jedenfalls vermissen. Der Urlaub mit ihr war toll. Liegt vielleicht auch daran, dass sie sich sehr gut angepasst hat. Und sie bringt mich immer auf neue Wege - wir entdecken echt viel gemeinsam :D



I went away for another vacation!
Usually I love Trips to cities. But I knew that going somewhere else - somewhere where it is more silent - would be very nice. And I really wanted to make holidays with Lychee.

I just wanted to be in the nature. Do long walks and enjoy the silence.
And that is what I did.

We have been in the middle of nowhere. Went on long walks every day and went out for lunch and dinner each day.
Did it help?
Yes. I have been so relaxed. Did what I wanted to do. And even my skin is now looking better :)

However I am excited for my trip to another city this year! And I am going to write a blogpost about.
Still I am going to miss Lychee. Being on holidays with her has been great. One reason may be that she has been so great. And she takes me to new places.

Pyramidenkogel - Trip with a view

Vor einigen Tagen ging es für mich spontan auf den Pyramidenkogel.
Lange schon wollte ich da hin, und endlich war der Tag gekommen. Und das beste: Auch Lychee durfte mitkommen!
Am Pyramidenkogel sind Hunde nämlich herzlich willkommen und man zahlt nicht extra Eintritt.
Als Mensch mit Handicap bekommt man eine Ermäßigung; für die Begleitperson zahlt man den normalen Eintrittspreis außer sie ist z.B. Studentin (so wie es meine Begleitung war).

Bis zum 10. Stock kommt jeder ohne Probleme mit dem Lift. Die Aussicht von dort ist super! Doch es geht ja noch weiter rauf. Zumindest wenn man weiß wie.
Ich wusste - aufgrund von meiner Arbeit - dass man hierfür den Eurokey benötigt. Gesagt hat mir das beim Eingang aber niemand. Und im Lift wussten wir dann zuerst auch nicht wo wir den Eurokey reintun müssen; es war nicht gleich ersichtlich. Irgendwann waren wir dann aber doch im 11. Stock angekommen - den 12. wollte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht erkunden.

Doch das hinunter vom 11. Stock war wieder etwas schwieriger. Auch das klappt nur mit Eurokey. Wobei es hier dann gleich ersichtlich ist wie. Nur kam der Lift einfach nicht.
Meine Assistentin ist dann in den 10. Stock gegangen (über die Treppe) um von dort mit dem Lift zu mir rauf zu fahren. Das hat dann geklappt.

Leider kommt man eben nur mit dem Eurokey dann weiter rauf. Finde ich vor allem für Familien mit Kinderwägen nicht so toll.

Die Aussicht war übrigens sehr schön. Wir haben den Blick auf den Wörthersee sowie auf den Hafnersee sehr genossen. Und auch Lychee hat den Ausflug sichtlich genossen.
An dem Tag hatte es um die 35 Grad; aber auf dem Aussichtsturm war es angenehm windig. Perfekt um der Hitze gemeinsam mit Hund zu entfliehen.
Und ich fand auch, dass nicht zu viele Leute dort waren :)



Some days ago I decided to go to the "Pyramidenkogel".

I already wanted to go there for a very long time and now I finally did. And the best thing was: I could take Lychee with me!
You can bring every dog up there and don't have to pay for it.
As a person with a disability you get a discoun; for your assistant you have to pay the normal price accept if she or her is a for example a student (as my assistant is).

To the tenth floor you can get with the elevator anyways. The view from up there is great! But you can get up two more floors - at least when you know how.
I knew - because of my work - that you need the Eurokey for that. But nobody said that to me when I bought my ticket. And when we went into the elevator we had to look for the Eurokey-place; we didn't see it very easily. However we then got to the 11th floor; I didn't want to check out the 12th floor anyways.

But getting down from the 11th floor wasn't easy. You do need the Eurokey also for getting down. However you see this quite fast. But the elevator didn't come.
So my assistance went down to the tenth floor (she of course had to take the stairs) and then went up with the elevator to bring me down. That worked. 

Unfortunately you can only get up on the 11th and 12th floor with the elevator when you have a Eurokey. This is - at least I think so - very bad for families with baby buggies.

The view has been great. We enjoyed the view on the Wörthersee and on the Hafnersee (two different lakes). And also Lychee had a wonderfull time.
We had about 35 degrees that day; but on the "Pyramidenkogel" it was a little windy and that has been great. That was perfect to get away from the heat even with a dog.
And I also thought there would be more people; but it was okey :)
