Kein Bargeld mehr - No notes and coins

Im Moment wird eines ja immer wieder diskutiert: dass man für Bargeld zahlen muss.
Und ich bin schockiert, genervt und total dagegen. Bei einer "Abschaffung" von Bargeld würde ich nur noch mehr "behindert werden"

Ich zahle gerne mit Bargeld. Diese "Quick-Funktion" bei meiner Bankomatkarte habe ich nie aktiviert, weil ich das total unsicher finde. Und deshalb müsste ich, um mit Bankomatkarte zu zahlen, ertsmal meinen PIN eingeben. Das ist nicht überall möglich, denn oft sind die Automaten viel zu weit oben.

So gibt es beim SPAR zum Beispiel seit einiger Zeit diese elektronischen Kassen. Ich bin eigentlich begeistert. Mit Bankomatkarte zahlen ist leider hier nicht möglich, weil der Automat viel zu weit oben ist.
Ich bin also fast überall darauf angewiesen, mit Bargeld zu zahlen. Weil die Automaten an der Kasse oft nicht nutzbar sind - zumindest nicht für mich da ich im Rollstuhl sitze.

Würde Bargeld "abgeschafft" werden - beziehungsweise müsste man für die Bargeldbehebung eine Gebühr zahlen - würde ich im Alltag behindert werden. Und das fände ich schon diskriminierend - deshalb bin ich gegen diese Gebühr bei einer Bargeldbehebung.


They're discussing about getting rid of notes and coins here in Austria. They want us to pay a fee if we draw out money. And if we don't want to pay this fee we should pay with our ATM card.

I love to pay with notes and coins. I never activated the "Quick-Function" of my ATM card because I don't like that. And so I always have to type in my PIN whenever I would like to pay with my ATM card. That's not possible - because in some shops the machine is too high for me to use it.

We do have this electronical cashpoint in one of our supermarkets. I like that, but I can not pay with my ATM card there because the machine is too high. So I do have to pay with notes and coins.
I have to pay with notes and coins nearly everywhere because I can not use the machines - just because I am sitting in a wheelchair.

It would be discriminating if they would let us pay a fee for drawing out money if we have to pay with notes and coins. Otherwise I would get handicapped because my assistance would have to pay for me everytime - and I could not do shopping on my own anymore.
